What an awful day. Russia declaring war on a European country for the first time since the beginning of World War II. As I have been reading reports from the United States, Europe, Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Japan and even Switzerland they have all spoken out against the invasion. China has sided with Russia saying this is not an invasion.

As cars queued on Ukraine's border with Moldova, the country's pro-EU president, Maia Sandu said she was declaring a state of emergency and was prepared to give help to tens of thousands of Ukrainians. Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda also said he was signing a state of emergency to be approved by parliament.

Russia, North Korea and China have all threatened to take down the U.S. power grid for years. We have warned for years the fragile nature of our grid. Now we see Russia and China hacking into companies, banks and even government agencies. World leaders expect this to increase now. Are you prepared for power outages for weeks? I was listening to the British parliament meeting yesterday and they were concerned about Russian hacking. They do not believe Putin will stop at Ukraine. They are making plans to defend Baltic states and Poland and Hungary. As he increases his aggression Great Britain and others believe attacks on the internet will increase.
President Biden said we would wait a month to see how sanctions work. I ask again, what will you do, where will you go for help if you can no longer access the internet?
